I was already planning on grabbing the Cab !Aman! posted Here, and taking a good look at it to see if The Windows MarketPlace could be forced to install the applications to Storage Card.

A CSS Site Template was found and completly screwed up to fit my liking.
But i can't just leave that Darn Link for the source showing up everywhere So in honour of the license i will admit to getting the main CSS Style from www.freecsstemplates.org

But i added enough Juice of my own, to earn, not adding that link on every single page.

First Graphic that would lay the foundation of the Sites design was found.
For some reason I had already been playing with some Carbon style Graphics, but I don't remember why. It Stuck and when finding a nice enough CSS Template I got the idea I could actually make something out of it that would not be to appalling.
